Some details on the Apple deal with publishers have come to light that suggest that bestsellers and some other books will be $9.99 or less. Click here for the NY Times article.
The publishers might have a tough time selling an e-book for $14 when places like Costco can sell the real thing for less! Even if the "dead tree" version costs a few dollars more, I can lend it to friends or sell it. I like e-books, but they have to be priced right.
